DevResume.ai is an AI-powered resume optimization platform that helps developers create, analyze, and improve their CVs and resumes using artificial intelligence.
Services include:
- CV upload and parsing
- ATS compatibility analysis
- AI-powered CV rewriting
- Job description matching
- Cover letter generation
- Recruiter portal for candidate management
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use our Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
4. Subscription Plans
DevResume.ai offers the following plans:
- Free Plan: 2 ATS scans, basic features
- Pro Plan: ₹499/month (early bird) or ₹749/month, ₹5,999/year on the annual plan, unlimited scans, all features
- Recruiter Plan: ₹2,999/month, full recruiter portal access
Subscription fees are charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Upload false or misleading CV information
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models
- Share your account with others
- Scrape or bulk download data from our platform
- Upload malicious files or content
6. AI-Generated Content
DevResume.ai uses artificial intelligence to help improve your resume. You acknowledge that:
- AI suggestions are automated and may not always be accurate
- You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use
- AI-generated content should not contain false information about your experience
- We do not guarantee employment outcomes from using our Service
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
You retain ownership of your CV data. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it for providing the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
The DevResume.ai platform, including its design, features, and AI models, is owned by DevResume.ai and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
DevResume.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:
- Employment outcomes or interview results
- Accuracy of AI-generated suggestions
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Any indirect or consequential damages
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us at support@devresume.ai.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
